What can I request a vehicle for?
We welcome inquiries for weddings, private celebrations, photography, business events, and fundraisers in Asheville, North Carolina, and the surrounding area. Share your plans so we can discuss the right fit and location.
How does an event rental work?
Start with your date, event location, preferred vehicle, and approximate duration. We’ll follow up to discuss availability, how the vehicle will be used, and the arrangements needed for your occasion. Your quote and booking details are confirmed directly.
Can I request more than one vehicle?
Yes. Tell us which vehicles interest you and how you would like to use them at your event. Availability and arrangements will be confirmed with our team.
Can guests drive the cars?
Our current focus is vehicles for event displays and photography. Please discuss any other use with our team before booking; submitting an inquiry does not grant driving access.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are based on the total amount paid and the notice received before your event: 100% at 72 hours or more, 75% from 48 to under 72 hours, 50% from 24 to under 48 hours, and no refund with less than 24 hours’ notice. Read the full cancellation policy.
Does an inquiry reserve a vehicle or take payment?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Availability, pricing, payment requirements, and cancellation terms are provided before your booking is confirmed.
