Event cancellations and refunds

This policy applies to confirmed Kingsman Collection event vehicle bookings. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle or take payment.

If you cancel your booking

The refund is calculated as a percentage of the total amount paid for your booking, based on when Kingsman Collection receives your cancellation request before the scheduled event start time:

• 72 hours or more before the event: 100% refund.
• At least 48 hours but less than 72 hours before the event: 75% refund.
• At least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the event: no refund.

How to request a cancellation

Email maxking2077@gmail.com with your name, event date, and booking details. Cancellation timing is measured from receipt of your request to the scheduled event start time.

Before you book

Vehicle availability, pricing, payment requirements, and event arrangements are confirmed directly before your booking is finalized. Please contact us with any questions before confirming your event.
